Preliminary Procedure Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
1	Theft Deterrent Module Procedure Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Release the plastic retaining arms on the theft deterrent module and slide it of the ignition lock cylinder case. For programming and set up, refer to Control Module References .

Procedure

Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
