Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the water inlet (4) with the NEW gasket (5) and install the 2 water inlet bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  2. Install the radiator surge tank outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement .
  3. Install the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement .
