Radiator Support Baffle Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Trax)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Encore) .
2. Remove the front bumper fascia upper support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Support Replacement (Trax) .
3. Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LUV, LE2) .
4. Remove the air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LUV, LE2) .
5. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler from the radiator support baffle if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
