Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (3.6L LGX) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (2.0L LTG)

    Engine Control Module Bracket (1) - Remove - Engine Control Module Replacement

    Retainer (2) - Unclip [2x]

  4. Battery Distribution Fuse Block Cover (1) - Remove

    Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) - Loosen

  6. Retainer (2) - Unclip

    Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block (1) - Reposition away

    Battery Hold Down Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  9. Battery Hold Down Retainer Nut (2) - Remove
  10. Battery Hold Down Retainer (3) - Remove

    {If equipped} Electrical Connector (1) @ Retainer (2) - Unclip

    Battery Cover (1) - Remove
