Installation Procedure

CAUTION:

Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 16 N.m (12 lb ft)
Battery Positive Cable Retainer (3) - Engage
Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Cover (1) - Install

Battery Positive Cable Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]

Battery Positive Cable Retainer (4) - Engage
Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Protective Cap (1) - Install

Battery Positive and Negative Cable (2) - Install
Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten 12.5 N.m (111 lb in)
Battery Positive and Negative Cable Conduit Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Starter Heat Shield (2) - Install - Starter Shield Replacement

Three-Way Catalytic Converter (2) - Install - Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (Bank 1) , or Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (Bank 2)
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (3.6L LGX) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (2.0L LTG)
