Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (3.6L LGX) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (2.0L LTG) 
  2. Battery - Remove - Battery Replacement (3.6L LGX) , or Battery Replacement (2.0L LTG) 
  3. Engine Control Module - Remove - Engine Control Module Replacement

    Retainer (1) - Unclip [5x]

  5. Retaining Tab (3) - Release [2x]
  6. Retainer (1) - Reposition away

    Battery Tray Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

  8. Battery Tray Bolt (3) - Remove [3x]
  9. Battery Tray (2) - Remove
