Removal Procedure

Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Upper Bolt (1) - Remove
Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft (2) @ Steering Column - Separate

Release the upper intermediate steering shaft boot (1) from the retaining tabs (2) on the intermediate steering shaft inner boot.

Slide the upper intermediate steering shaft boot (1) upwards to expose the intermediate steering shaft upper bolt.
Intermediate Steering Shaft Upper Bolt (2) - Remove
Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft (3) @ Intermediate Steering Shaft - Separate
Remove the upper intermediate steering shaft (1) and upper intermediate steering shaft boot as an assembly from the vehicle.
