Installation Procedure

    Charge Air Cooler (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Charge Air Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.1 N.m (45 lb in)

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube (2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Install

  4. Retainer Spring (1) - Engage

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) @ Charge Air Cooler (3) - Install

  6. Retainer Spring (1) - Engage
  7. Connect the electrical connector.

    Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (2) - Install - Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Replacement - Right Side
