Installation Procedure

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  2. Fuel Tank (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  6. Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (5) - Connect [3x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  8. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (4) - Install
  9. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (3) - Tighten 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)
  10. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  12. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) - Connect [2x]
  13. Exhaust Muffler - Install - Exhaust Muffler Replacement (AWD)
  14. Propeller Shaft - Install - Propeller Shaft Replacement
  15. Lower the vehicle.
  16. Refill the fuel tank.
  17. Inspect for fuel leaks.
