Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) 
  2. Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [2x]

  3. Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @Retainer (3) - Remove
  5. Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (4) - Disconnect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (4) @Retainer (5) - Remove [2x]
  7. Fuel Sender Retainer (1) - Remove - CH - 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench (2)

  8. Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  9. Transfer Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  10. Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  11. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  12. O-Ring (2) - Remove and DISCARD
