Clear Flood Mode

If engine floods, clear it by pushing accelerator pedal down all way. The ECM then will completely turn "OFF" fuel. The ECM holds injectors "OFF" for as long as throttle stays wide open and engine RPM is below 600. If throttle position becomes lower than 60%, ECM returns to Starting Mode.
