ISC Throttle Switch

The ISC throttle switch in ISC motor is supplied with a 5 volt reference signal from ECM to ISC motor throttle switch terminal. When throttle is closed, throttle linkage is resting on ISC plunger, ISC throttle switch shorts throttle switch input to ground, ECM throttle switch input is 0 volts. When throttle is open, throttle switch is open and ECM throttle switch input is 5 volts
