With engine running, manipulate oxygen sensor and ECM wiring and connectors while observing ECM parameter ED32. If fault is induced, ED32 will jump above .63 volts and "OFF" status light will go on. Manipulate circuit No. 413 ground to engine, and look for a loose ground eyelet, poor ground, eyelet installed at wrong location. If lean engine operation is suspected, perform PFI SYSTEM CHECK  .
