Test Conditions:
- Codes "E026", "E027", "E028", "E031", "E032" and "E034" are clear.
- Gear shift in drive or reverse.
- Not braking or brake switch open.
- ISC throttle switch open.
- MAP less than or equal to 85 KPA.
- Transmission is 4th gear.
- RPM greater than or equal to 1400.
