TEST C: RAP RELAY 2

Condition

Connect Between

⁽¹⁾ Correct Result

Connect Test Lamp At RAP Relay 2, Disconnected

5 (RED/YEL) & Ground

⁽²⁾ Test Lamp Lights

Connect Test Lamp At RAP Relay 2, Disconnected

4 (RED) & Ground

⁽³⁾ Test Lamp Lights

⁽¹⁾	If results are correct, go to TEST C: RAP RELAY 2 TABLE 2 .

⁽²⁾	If results are incorrect, check RED/YEL (840) wire for an open. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .

⁽³⁾	If results are incorrect, check RED (2) wire for an open. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .

TEST C: RAP RELAY 2

Correct Result

⁽¹⁾ BCM Display

Connect Test Lamp At RAP Relay 2, Disconnected Enter & Select BCM Output BO03.

5 (RED/YEL) & 2 (BLK/WHT)

Test Lamp Lights

⁽²⁾ LO

Connect Test Lamp At RAP Relay 2, Disconnected Enter & Select BCM Output BO03.

5 (RED/YEL) & 2 (BLK/WHT)

Test Lamp Does Not Light

⁽²⁾ HI

⁽¹⁾	If the BCM display does not cycle from LO to HI, replace the BCM.

⁽²⁾	If test lamp lights as indicated, go to TEST C: RAP RELAY 2 TABLE 3 . If test lamp does not light as shown, check BLK/WHT (707) wire for an open or short to ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .

TEST C: RAP RELAY 2

Condition

Connect Between

⁽¹⁾⁽²⁾ Correct Result

Connect Fused Jumper At RAP Relay 2, Disconnected & Ignition Off.

4 (RED) & 1 (BRN)

Radio & Wipers Operate

⁽¹⁾	If result is correct, replace RAP Relay 2.

⁽²⁾	If result is incorrect, check BRN (4) wire for an open. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
