Pcm Snapshot

Selection of SNAPSHOT test type while in PCM mode will allow the recall of snapshot recorded at time of the setting of the last PCM trouble code. Additionally, one may trigger the setting of a snapshot upon demand. Selecting snapshot (by pushing HI button) while in PCM mode will display EXXX (XXX being the 3-digit code that recorded snapshot).

While selecting snapshot, any of the following actions may be taken to control the display.

1. Depressing the OFF button on the ECC will stop test type selection process and return the display to the next available system selection.
2. Depressing the LO button will allow scrolling through the list of PCM diagnostic codes that the PCM has stored a snapshot for. Pressing the LO button will result in the TAKE PCM SNAPSHOT? display. Responding LO will return to the first EOXX SNAPSHOT? display.
3. Depressing HI button will cause PCM SNAP DATA? or PCM SNAP INPUTS to be displayed and will select that test type. At this point the display is controlled as it would be for non-snapshot data and input displays, however, all values and status information represents memorized vehicle conditions.
