EI70: Cruise Control Brake Switch

Test detects opening and closing of cruise control brake switch at PCM terminal C2. See Figure HI means brake switch is closed and PCM has 12 volts at cruise brake switch input (cruise switch must be in ON position). LO means brake switch is open and PCM has zero volts at input. X means brake pedal has been depressed and a change in switch state has been detected.
