PI70: Cruise Control Brake Switch

Cruise control switch must be in ON position. Test detects opening and closing of cruise control brake switch at PCM terminal 1C2. See Figure . HI means brake switch is closed and PCM has 12 volts at cruise brake switch input. LO means brake switch is open and PCM has zero volts at input.
