Test Conditions

PCM Codes E21, E22, E24, E26 and E27 not set. Throttle switch closed. Vehicle speed zero MPH. Battery voltage greater than or equal to 11 volts. Actual RPM and command RPM difference 152 RPM or greater. Engine running more than 7 seconds. Engine not receiving power steering load. PCM not commanding an anticipated idle speed.
