Code P041, No Cam Sensor Signal: Notes

Cam sensor is located inside distributor and provides one pulse every 2 engine rotations. PCM uses this sensor to determine location of camshaft for proper fuel distribution. Code P041 sets when PCM is receiving reference pulses and does not detect any camshaft position sensor pulses.
