System in closed loop, throttle position switch open and throttle angle at 5-30 degrees, engine coolant temperature greater than 180°F (82°C), canister has been at purge duty cycle of 94 percent (purge enabled) at a throttle angle of 10 degrees or greater for 2 minutes and rear oxygen sensor ready and long term fuel trim not in effect.
