Failure Conditions

Any 4-digit code not matching one of the binary codes for 64 seconds (see binary codes in Code P091 wiring schematic). Engine is started while binary code 1100 (Park) or code 1010 (Neutral) are not present or when PCM is commanding 4th gear when range switch is indicating Park or Neutral for at least 64 seconds.
