Window Regulator Assy. (Lock Module)
LOCK MODULEREMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Trim panel.
2. Water deflector.
3. Outside handle and key cylinder lock rods from lock.
4. Three screws securing lock to door.
5. Drill out rivets retaining window to regulator sash.
NOTICE: Support window assembly at run channels.
6. Wiring harness from lock, window motor and module.
Front Door Lock Module:
Rear Door Lock Module:
7. Nuts and bolts.
8. Lock module.
INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Position lock module to door, hang module on studs and hand start nuts and bolts.
2. Three screws retaining lock to door.
3. Tighten nuts and bolts.
Front Door Lock Module:
Rear Door Lock Module:
TIGHTEN
^ Tighten in proper sequence.
^ Nuts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
^ Bolts to 6.7 N.m (59 lb in).
4. Wiring harness.
5. Rivets retaining window to sash.
6. Outside handle and lock rods to lock.
7. Water deflector.
8. Trim panel.
