DTC 46, CCM Internal Failure: Notes

If DTC 46 is set, CCM has detected an internal short to ground. Repair procedures are not available for DTC 46. If DTC 46 is set, replace CCM.

DTC 46 will set when CCM detects an internal CCM short to ground when ignition switch is turned to RUN position that last longer than 2 seconds.

When DTC 46 is set, CCM may become inoperative. DTC 46 will clear if fault goes away for 2 or more seconds.
