Windows Do Not Operate
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using a test light, backprobe between ground and Pink wire terminal at master switch connector. If test light is on, go to step 3). If test light is off, backprobe between ground and Pink wire at power relay connector. If test light is off, go to next step. If test light is on, check for poor connection between power relay and master switch. If connection is okay, repair open in Pink wire between master switch and power relay.
- Backprobe between ground and Orange wire at power relay connector. If test light is off, repair open or short to ground in Orange wire(s) between power relay and power relay 30-amp circuit breaker. If test light is on, problem exists in RETAINED ACCESSORY POWER circuit. For diagnosis, see RETAINED ACCESSORY POWER (RAP) article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT.
- Backprobe between Pink wire and Black wire terminals at master switch connector. If test light is on, check for poor connection at master switch connector. If connection is okay, replace master switch. If test light is off, check for poor ground connection and repair if necessary. If ground connection is okay, repair open in Black wire between master switch and ground connection.
