DTC B0532, Fuel Level Sender Short To Ground: Testing

If DTC B1982 or B1983 is current, DTC B0532 will not be set, but a Class 2 message will be sent to PCM that percentage of IGN-1 is too low. Check for short to ground in Purple wire between PZM and fuel level sender. Repair as necessary. If circuit is okay, go to next step.
If DTC B0532 is current, replace PZM. If DTC B0532 is history, replace fuel level sender.
