U1301, Class 2 Short To Battery: Notes

NOTE:

When BCM is energized, it monitors Class 2 serial data line for a short to battery. DTC U1301 will set when BCM determines Class 2 serial data line is shorted to battery for 10 seconds or more. Low power output will be deactivated. DTC U1301 will clear when BCM determines Class 2 serial data line is no longer shorted to battery or when scan tool is used.
