DTC B0846: 5-Volt Feed Failure: Description

Memory Seat Module (MSM) supplies a 5-volt reference voltage to all seat position sensors using circuit No. 788 (Gray wire). DTC B0846 will set when 5-volt feed voltage is not about 4.6-5.2 volts. When DTC is set, MSM will not allow any memory recall function. Only manual seat movement is allowed, and only one motor can operate at a time. DTC B0846 will clear when 5-volt feed voltage is within a valid operating range during the last monitoring cycle.
