Both Mirrors Do Not Operate In Up/Down Positions

Check for open in Yellow wire circuit between power mirror switch connector terminal "C" and splice S502 (located in left front door harness). Repair as necessary. If circuit is okay, replace power mirror switch. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
