Using On-Board Diagnostics

To enter diagnostic mode using on-board diagnostics, turn ignition on. Simultaneously press OFF and WARMER (Red bar) buttons on climate control center (digital instrument panel), or OFF and PASSENGER WARMER on climate control panel (analog instrument panel). Pressing LO (fan speed) button will scroll through modules available. Scroll through until PZM? appears. Pressing HI (fan speed) button will scroll through functions of selected module (i.e., MSM or MMM DATA, MSM or MMM INPUTS, MSM or MMM OUTPUTS, etc.). Scroll through until MSM or MMM CODES? appears. Press HI (fan speed) button until all MSM or MMM DTCs appear. Note codes and go to MEMORY SEAT MODULE (MSM) DTCS  or MEMORY MIRROR MODULE (MMM) DTCS  table. To exit diagnostic mode, press DEFOG or MODE button on CCP, or turn ignition off. DTCs will not be cleared. System will return to normal vehicle operation.
