Heated Seats System Check

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Turn driver's heated seat switch to LO position. Seat will heat up after about one minute. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  2. Turn driver's heated seat switch to HI position. Seat temperature will increase after about one minute. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  3. Turn driver's heated seat switch to OFF position. Seat will cool down and remain cool. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT ALWAYS ON  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  4. Turn passenger's heated seat switch to LO position. Seat will heat up after about one minute. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  5. Turn passenger's heated seat switch to HI position. Seat temperature will increase after about one minute. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT INOPERATIVE  under SYSTEM TESTS.
  6. Turn passenger's heated seat switch to OFF position. Seat will cool down and remain cool. If seat does not respond as specified, go to HEATED SEAT ALWAYS ON  under SYSTEM TESTS.
