ECT Sensor

Range: (0-5 Volts)
The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor is mounted in a coolant passage in the intake manifold. The VCM monitors the engine temperature as the ECT sensor responds to temperature changes in the engines coolant. This parameter is scaled in volts and is the raw voltage from the ECT detected by the VCM on the signal circuit.
