Weak Vacuum Test

(Pass/Not Run/Fail)
The Weak Vacuum Test will run only if the Loaded Canister Test does not pass. Insufficient vacuum in the evaporative system will cause this test to fail. The two states of this parameter are Pass and Not Run/Fail.
