Diagnostic Procedures

  1. Perform On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system check. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC (OBD) SYSTEM CHECK . After performing OBD system check, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition on, with engine off. Using scan tool, select chassis application. Attempt to display ABS data. If ABS data can be displayed, see DIAGNOSTIC AIDS . If ABS data cannot be displayed, see appropriate ANTI-LOCK article in BRAKES.
