Rear Integration Module: Removal

NOTE:
Before replacing the RIM, record the personalization settings in order to restore the settings after the new module is installed.
- Remove the rear storage compartment trim.
- Remove the bay board fasteners (2). See Fig 1 .
- Pull the bay board (1) away from the body and place the bay board (1) module side up in the rear compartment. See Fig 1 .
- Disconnect the electrical connections from the RIM.
- Remove the RIM (1) by depressing the locking tabs (2) inward, in order to release the RIM (1) from the bay board. See Fig 2 .
