Memory Seat Control Module

NOTE: Driver seat adjuster memory module requires programming after replacement. A scan tool is required to program driver seat adjuster memory module.
  1. To program memory seat control module, open driver's door. Do not close door until programming is completed. Install scan tool. Turn ignition on. Retrieve system related DTCs. If one or more DTCs exist, diagnose and repair as necessary. Erase system related DTCs.
  2. Ensure there are no objects in front, behind, or under driver's seat which may prevent full seat movement during initialization procedure. Initialize system programming and follow scan tool instructions. DO NOT press any manual adjustment switches for seat or outside rear view mirrors. DO NOT press memory switch or any of 3 position switches.
  3. Follow displayed scan tool messages and corresponding procedures. When PRESS MEMORY KEY & HOLD appears, press memory key and hold it until scan tool displays RELEASE ALL KEY. If memory key is released before scan tool displays RELEASE ALL KEYS, programming will continue when memory key is pressed.
