Scan Tool Data Definitions: Data

Battery Voltage

The scan tool displays 0-17 volts. The battery voltage available to the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).

EVO Actual Current

The scan tool displays the current the control module is actually commanding to the EVO solenoid.

EVO Command

The scan tool displays the state of the EVO solenoid.

EVO Desired Current

The scan tool displays the current the control module is trying to command to the EVO solenoid.

EVO Drive PWM

The scan tool displays the percentage of available voltage for the EVO solenoid.

EVOHI Feedback

The scan tool displays the output voltage from the control module to the EVO solenoid.

EVO Input Current

The scan tool displays the input voltage to the control module of the EVO solenoid.

EVOLOW Feedback

The scan tool displays the return voltage from the EVO solenoid to the control module.

Steering Wheel Position Sensor

The scan tool displays the output voltage of the of the steering wheel position sensor.

Steering Wheel Position Signal 1

The Scan Tool displays the output voltage of the signal 1 circuit of the Steering Wheel Position Sensor.

Steering Wheel Position Signal 2

The scan tool displays the output voltage of the signal 2 circuit of the Steering Wheel Position Sensor.

Steering Wheel Rate

The scan tool displays the speed at which the steering wheel is turning.

Vehicle Speed

The scan tool displays vehicle speed via a class 2 serial data circuit from the powertrain control module (PCM).
