Test Description

The number below refers to the step number in the diagnostic procedures.

    This step tests the MAP sensor's ability to correctly indicate BARO. The BARO varies with altitude and atmospheric conditions. 103 kPa is the approximate BARO displayed by the MAP sensor at or near sea level.
