Removal & Installation (4L)

- Record Transaxle Fluid and Engine Oil Life Indexes from Driver Information Center (DIC). Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
- Remove rear seat cushion to access battery. Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Disconnect Mass Airflow/Intake Air Temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector.
- Loosen intake air duct clamp at throttle body. Loosen air filter housing cover screws. Remove air filter cover, MAF/IAT sensor and intake air duct.
- Disconnect both PCM connectors. Remove PCM. See Figure.
