Conditions for Running

Cold Start

Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 65 kPa.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 86°F (30°C).
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 90°F (32°C).
Difference between the IAT and ECT is 7°F (5°C) or less.
Battery voltage is 10-18 volts.
Fuel level is 1/4 and 3/4.
