Conditions for Running

Cold Start

The Barometric (BARO) pressure is more than 65 kPa.
The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is below 86°F (30°C).
The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is below 90°F (32°C).
The difference between the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) and the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is 7°F (5°C) or less.
The battery voltage is between 10-18 volts.
The fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4.
