Removal Procedure

Remove the console trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE (DTS)

Unsnap the shift cable terminal from the shifter pin.

Disconnect the automatic transmission shift lock actuator solenoid wire harness connector.
Remove the shifter fasteners.
Remove the shifter assembly.
