Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bracket to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bracket retaining nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the retaining nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear wheel steering control module (2) o the bracket. Refer to Rear Wheel Steering Control Module Replacement .
  4. Perform a learn alignment. Refer to MEASURING WHEEL ALIGNMENT (WITH REAR WHEEL STEERING) or MEASURING WHEEL ALIGNMENT (WITHOUT REAR WHEEL STEERING) in Wheel Alignment.
