Floor Shift Control Boot: Installation

- Install the shift control boot and knob assembly onto the shift lever.
- Install the shift knob retaining screw. See Figure.
- Insert the front tabs of the shift control boot into the console trim plate opening. See Figure.
- Press the rear of the shift control boot down into the console trim plate opening.
- Tug lightly to insure the shift control boot is securely attached to the console trim plate opening.
