Installation Procedure

- Install the rear run channel (1) to the door.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the bolt (2) in order to retain the rear run channel (1) to the door.
Tighten
Tighten the retaining bolt to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
- Install the front door window to the door from the outside of the vehicle.
- Install the nuts (3) in order to retain the front door window to the sash.
Tighten
Tighten the retaining nuts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
Important: Before raising or lowering the front door window ensure that the front door window is properly aligned in the rear run channel.
- Lower the front door window.
- Install the front run channel (1) to the door.
- Install the bolt (2) in order to retain the front run channel (1) to the door.
Tighten
Tighten the retaining bolt to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
- Install the inner window sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Upper .
- Install the outer window sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Outer Belt .
- Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
- Install the front door rear garnish. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Front Door Rear .
- Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
