Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Cadillac CTS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the assist handle (3) to the headliner.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice   in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the two fasteners in order to retain the assist handle to the roof panel.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the 2 screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Secure the assist handle escutcheons (2) to the outer edges of the assist handle.
  4. Snap the escutcheons in place in order to secure.
