Installation Procedure

  1. The locator pins (1) are used in order to hold the rear window in position.
  2. Install the rear window into the opening. Refer to Urethane Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows .

  4. Connect all of the rear window electrical connectors.
  5. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
  6. Install the rear sail trim panels. Refer to Sail Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear in Seats.
  8. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Replacement - Rear in Seats.
  9. Install the OnStar®antenna. Refer to Coupling Replacement - Antenna Inner and Coupling Replacement - Antenna Outer in Cellular Communication.
  10. Cycle the rear compartment lid open and close in order to position the lower reveal molding under the rear compartment lid.
  11. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
