Installation Procedure

Install the rear seat shoulder belt retractor tabs into the notches on the hinge box reinforcement ears.
Rotate the rear seat shoulder belt retractor over the stud.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the rear seat shoulder belt retractor through bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
Tighten

Tighten the rear seat shoulder belt retractor through bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

Install the rear seat shoulder belt retractor nut.
Tighten

Tighten the rear seat shoulder belt retractor nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

Install the front trim cover.
Verify that the belt is not twisted.
With the anchor plate facing forward, align the anchor plate between the dimples in the floor pan.
Install the anchor bolt.
Tighten

Tighten the rear seat outer lower bolt to 4.1 N.m (32 lb ft).

Install the rear head restraint.
Install the rear seat back. Refer to SEAT SYSTEM in Seats.
