• Reverse Lockout System Inoperative 
• Shift Lever Does Not Move with Brake Pedal Depressed (Column Shift)  or Shift Lever Does Not Move with Brake Pedal Depressed (Floor Shift) 
• Shift Lever Can Be Moved without Brake Pedal Depressed (Column Shift)  or Shift Lever Can Be Moved without Brake Pedal Depressed (Floor Shift)
