Installation Procedure

  1. Install the bracket to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bracket retaining nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the retaining nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear wheel steering control module (2) o the bracket. Refer to Rear Wheel Steering Control Module Replacement .
  4. Perform a learn alignment. Refer to Measuring Wheel Alignment (w/Rear Wheel Steering) or Measuring Wheel Alignment (w/o Rear Wheel Steering) in Wheel Alignment.
